Meet Yarrow
Practitioner | Founder
I have spent my life in relation with plants and with people seeking healing. This work did not begin with a single career choice. It grew slowly, through years of listening, studying, observing, and staying close to what I saw unfolding in the body.
I have 20 years of experience working with people seeking alternatives to symptom-only care, with a background in herbal medicine, iridology, massage therapy, flower essence work, reiki, kinesiology, and other holistic modalities. I trust this process because I have lived inside it for decades.
I have watched people change when they commit, and I have learned where patience, steadiness, and humility are required. I do not approach healing casually, and I do not guide people through it lightly.
If you choose to work with me, you are stepping into a process that asks something of you. I bring structure, attention, and steadiness, while you bring your willingness to participate. From there, we see what becomes possible.

This session begins with a review of your detailed health questionnaire, including lifestyle factors, nutrition, stress patterns, and current concerns. We conduct a full gland and organ assessment, with readings on kidney pressure and adrenal function, along with urine and saliva pH analysis. For those who choose to go deeper, an optional iridology reading is available and includes an iris photograph with both verbal and written analysis.
