Suggested use and storage
Shake well before using. Increase your intake of fluids and take 15-30 drops (1/8-1/4 tsp) followed by a sip of water or in a small shot of water 2x per a day preventatively or 3-4x per day when sick or need acute support.
NOT safe during pregnancy and use sparingly when breastfeeding. Chaparral is extremely potent detoxification and it is never safe to detox heavily while pregnant and is it not recommended to move a lot of toxins while breastfeeding.*
