STRESS LESS is a carefully formulated blend of soothing, nurturing, heart centered, nervous system support herbs designed to support the body during times of traumatic or emotional challenges.
This formula brings together Catnip, Lemon Balm, Passion Flower, Skullcap and one other ceremonial herb, each selected for their distinct and complementary roles. Catnip is traditionally used to subtly soothe the deep nervous system and emotional body. Lemon Balm uplifts the senses. Passion Flower stops cyclical thinking and has been used traditionally for nightmares and stress or trauma response. Skullcap is exactly as named: grounding and stabilizing the mind and yin energy of the nervous system when there’s been a shock to the system. Suggested use and storage
Shake well before using. Increase your intake of fluids and take 15-30 drops (1/8-1/4 tsp) followed by a sip of water or in a small shot of water 2x per a day preventatively, or 3-4x per day when supporting an acute imbalance.
